why do they call it liquid water?

We don't call ice ...ice water/nor water ice.
Steam is not called water steam nor water humidity.

Water will do it. Just say water.

My water is all froze up inside these lovelies.

Lycopersicon esculentum. She produces high yields of glossy red grape shapes, very sweet and perfect for salads. Holds on her vine longer than any other cherry tomato I have grown and seems to be resistant to cracking.
Have you seen the price of tomatoes going up?
Here tomatoes and green peppers are being taken off of menus because of reduced availability and price increases.
Hold the tomatoes: Cold weather forces restaurants to adapt to shortages
Unseasonable freezes to the south mean shortages in cucumbers, bell peppers and the BLT staple, among other crops

Freezing weather across the South and in Mexico recently damaged tomato, cucumber and bell pepper crops, leading to shortages and price hikes.

That has left some restaurants scrambling to revamp their sandwiches and salads, and smaller quantities of some produce at many grocery stores.

"It's sort of like the perfect storm — Florida, Texas and Mexico all get hit with unseasonably cold weather, which decreased the yields of tomatoes and cucumbers," said Gary Karp (no relation), executive vice president for Technomic, a food industry market-research firm. "It's going to take about 60 days or so before new tomatoes and other replacement products can come to market."
