What would you do if a red tailed hawk built a nest in your backyard oak tree and started protecting it by divebombing you and the neighbors?

Would you have the patience to allow it to raise her babies?
the nest is 40 foot above the ground. The birds began building the nest in early March. A lot of people will wait out the three to four weeks until the eggs are hatched . . . that usually ends the adult birds' aggressive behavior... or use an umbrella when walking outside.

Not here, a hawk of a different kind, retired Army Brig. Gen. Dudley Gordon won his right to remove the nest with aggressive attack on the application process to even remove the nest. 90 days and a $500 fee to process was waived?

General chose a gated community. Should he have picked a no fly zone too!
